Office Administrator

PWM are a growing business working across the construction and rail sectors. Due to expansion, we now seek an additional Office Administrator to support the internal functions of the business and play a proactive role within the organisation.


  • Proven experience in an Office Administration role.
  • Confident to manage and lead with all levels across the business.
  • Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks when necessary.
  • Great planning skills.
  • Accurate reporting skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level in Word, PowerPoint & Excel.


  • Responsible for Sentinel management and co-ordination. 
  • Managing the company fleet, in charge of all administration and tasks relating to this, including driver records and company liaison.
  • Oversee the IT support throughout the business and be main point of contact for IT company.
  • Ensure company staff are up to date with training and competency, booking training and keeping matrixes maintained.
  • Providing administration support to projects and the delivery team.
  • Maintaining procurement processes across the business, keeping track of orders, PO’s, GRN’s, invoices.
  • Assisting with administration duties to support the Finance department.
  • Managing staff fatigue and accurate record keeping of hours.
  • Oversee timesheet and expenses management.
  • Be the main point of contact for all PWM offices, including landlord liaison and maintenance issues.
  • Joint Social Media & Marketing duties.
  • Mental health champion for the business, implement policies and procedures to improve staff well-being.
  • Ensuring H&S protocols are followed throughout the offices. 
  • HR & Compliance duties, including company inductions for new starters and ensuring the company is compliant with relevant documentation for all staff.
  • Managing meeting room bookings.
  • In charge of maintaining and supplying all PWM offices.
  • Record keeping of plant and equipment documents.
