Software requirements: –

AUTOCAD, excel, word, sketch up, photoshop

Tasks to be undertaken daily.

Produce designs on small or large projects, good understanding of design constraints, be confident in producing good and varied design.
Communicate and meet with clients discuss their projects / brief, telephone calls / emails / site meeting, have good communication skills.
Have good knowledge of construction and be able to draw technical drawings and detailed building regulation drawings when necessary.
Have knowledge of Contract Administration and be comfortable in dealing with projects on site, site visits, checking quotations, dealing with builders and sub-contractors.
Have good presentation skills and different ways of presenting schemes to clients / planners and other consultants.
Work within a team and assist colleagues and help were necessary to assist on projects and also to discuss projects with external consultants and discuss the needs of the projects.
Have an understanding how the business works financially and meeting deadlines and meet project submissions, working alongside our Planner, be prepared to work late if necessary to meet deadlines, work efficiently to meet deadlines
